The protection of your personal data is important to Frühwald. We treat the data entrusted to us strictly confidentially and handle it responsibly. Therefore, we process personal data in accordance with the applicable legal provisions of the applicable data protection law.

Erhebung und Verarbeitung personenbezogener Daten:

When you visit our web pages for information purposes only, i.e. if you do not otherwise provide me with personal data, for technical reasons those personal data are collected which your browser transmits to our server. When you view our website, we collect the following data, which is technically necessary to display the website to you and to ensure its stability and security (iSd Art 6 (1) lit f) 1st sentence DSGVO), including traceability in the event of an error and sustainable troubleshooting:
The following are logged: Retrieval or termination of the retrieval of files (file name, date, time, amount of data transferred), web browser (type, version), host (domain and IP address of the requesting computer) and search words. This data is stored separately from any personal data you may have provided.
Log files are created for this purpose. The data collected in the process serve the following purposes

  • the control to avoid and remedy illegal use of the website content,
  • the improvement of the website and
  • of the statistical evaluations.

The statistical evaluation takes place via the log files – data see above.
The log files are automatically overwritten by the server after 10 days, personal data remain in the database files of the statistics software.
No data will be transferred to external servers. The software is installed on our own and rented servers located in Austria and there is no transfer of data abroad. If the website is deleted from our servers, the anonymised data of the web analysis software is also automatically deleted.

Logfiles:

The web servers operated or rented by Austria4U store log files, which document the access to the individual web pages with date, time and IP address of the visitor.

Cookies:

Cookies are small text files that are stored in the memory of your device with which you use the Internet, assigned to the browser you are using. In order to make the use of my web pages more effective and user-friendly, cookies are stored on your device when you visit my web pages, so that information can also flow to me (depending on the cookie). However, cookies cannot execute programs or transfer malware to your device.

Transient cookies; these are deleted automatically after closing the browser or by “logging out”. Especially since we also rent servers from this service provider, the contractually limited possibility of the service provider to the technically necessary minimum exists to access the aforementioned data. The personal data collected or disclosed by you will be protected from unauthorized access by encrypted transmission, access-protected storage not accessible to third parties and physical protective measures for the servers. The security measures are continuously revised in line with technological developments. Such measures include SSL encryption, regular software and hardware updates, permanent server monitoring and backup management by our Austria4U.

The physical precautions to secure the data are taken by our Austria4U and can be viewed here (URL) unless they have to remain discrete, abstract or secret in order to avoid attacks by third parties on the systems used.

Data (see above) which are stored due to your visit on our web pages remain – as far as in the other points of this explanation no more specific duration is specified – are stored with us and the service providers designated above and are deleted as described.

will only be stored for as long as is necessary to fulfil the purpose for which they were collected. The data collected in this context will be deleted as soon as storage is no longer necessary. If data processing is continued, it is limited to the minimum necessary and the storage is reduced to the absolutely necessary duration. If a contract is concluded, the data protection declaration in the contract for data processing is considerable.

Data which we receive for the fulfilment of our contract with our sales partners will be kept in accordance with the statutory provisions. For the fulfilment of the contract (e.g. delivery of the ordered goods), we reserve the right to pass on your data to third parties (forwarding agent, supplier, external messenger service etc.).

Our websites use Google Analytics, a web analysis service from Google Inc. Google Analytics uses cookies to provide this service. Cookies are small text files that are stored on your computer and enable the recognition of the device you are using. This allows an analysis of the use of websites, which serves to improve their usability. It is regularly not possible to draw conclusions about your specific person.

The information generated in this way (including your IP address) is transmitted to a Google server. Protokollierung des Emailverkehrs/Webmail:

For the purpose of ensuring adequate information and system security as well as the recognition and appropriate treatment of malware, our e-mail servers create (also rented) log data on the e-mail traffic processed. If you send an e-mail from or to our servers, the following data will be logged: E-mail and IP address and host name of the recipient, number of recipients, e-mail and IP address and host name of the sender, subject, date and time of receipt by the server, file name of any attachments, size of the message, risk classification with regard to spam quality and delivery status. The checking of e-mails and the sorting out of spam or malware is purely automated in the first step; only in cases of suspicion or doubt are individual e-mails subjected to closer examination by persons specifically responsible for them – if necessary in consultation with the recipient.
